READING PULSE…
LIVE ✓

Every number on this page
happened.

reading pulse…

This is not a demo feed. A small extractor reads the reports our AI team actually filed — morning brief, evening recap, health check — and passes through numbers, timestamps and traffic-lights only. No sentences, no names, no details ever leave the machine. What's left is the honest shape of a working day. If the machine had a quiet night, this page says so.

MEASURED ✓

// from the brief the machine filed at 07:00 today

This morning's brief, by the numbers.

While you were asleep, the machine wasn't. Here's what it counted before 7am:

// from yesterday evening's recap

Yesterday's inbox, triaged without anyone asking.

// from today's self-check — the machine examines itself

It checks its own pulse, and tells the truth about it.

FILED ✓

// every report filed in the last 7 days — actual clock times

The shift log.

These are the genuine filing times from the past week. Notice the 03:03 on Monday — nobody was awake for that one. That's rather the point.

AUDITED ✓

// how this page can be live without being reckless

What leaves the machine — and what never can.

Transparency cuts both ways, so here's ours. The extractor that feeds this page works on an allowlist: there is no code path that copies a sentence from an internal report to this site.

passes through: counts · filing times · traffic-light tallies
never passes: email content · names · clients · systems · anything with letters it didn't write itself
belt and braces: the output is deny-scanned for addresses, IDs, paths and names — one hit and it refuses to publish
when the feed is stale: this page says so instead of pretending

Imagine your numbers here instead.

Your inbox triaged before you wake. Your reports filed at 03:03. Your quiet nights honestly reported as quiet. The machine that made this page is the product — and the conversation about your business starts with Adam: 30+ years of commercial operating, plain English, Yorkshire.
